Oh the benefits of stepping into a hot bath or even a cold bath. Or how about starting your day with a cold shower? Listing the benefits of that would be quite time consuming so we thought we'd skip that part.
We'd like to know which one you do most or least of. We've met quite a few who swear by having a hot bath once a week some even say they enjoy eating fruits whilst they bathe. Whilst there are others who like to start every morning with a hot (sometimes a cold) shower. Maybe it's 2 minutes maybe it's 10 minutes you spend in the shower, regardless we want to know.
